2 rib eyes bone in or any other steak you like, seasoned well several large sticks a fire pit some large rocks I like to marinade my steaks in salt, pepper, lemon juice, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Build a large fire in the fire pit. Let it burn to almost ashes. Drink a few beers along the way. Sharpen the sticks, real pointy on one end. Pierce the steak. Lean the steaks over the coals.
