STRAWBERRY - RHUBARB PIE 
Pastry for 9" 2 crust pie
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
4 c. cut up fresh rhubarb (1/2" pieces)
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare pastry. Stir together sugar, flour and orange peel. Rhubarb. Stir together.
