PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. flour
Chopped nuts

FILLING:

2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. 10 x sugar

Mix 3 eggs, 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 cup flour. Pour in wax covered cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn onto clean towel that has been sprinkled with sugar. Roll in towel (starting with long edge). Let stand 15 minutes.

Filling: Blend all ingredients together. Unroll bread, spread with cream cheese mixture; reroll. Put in refrigerator or freezer.
