ROBIN'S PUMPKIN LOG 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pumpkin

FILLING:

1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla and pumpkin. Blend well and pour into well greased and floured cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown (about 10 minutes). Lay out onto dish towel that is sprinkled well with sugar, roll and cool in refrigerator.

Mix filling and unroll log, spread filling over entire log and reroll. Refrigerate.
