ORIENTAL SALAD 
1 head Napa cabbage (Chinese)
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
2 pkgs. Snack Ramen Noodles
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. almonds

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Chop up the cabbage. Brown noodles and almonds in the butter. Be careful not to burn it. Use slivered almonds. Drain noodles and almonds. Mix cabbage, sunflower seeds, noodles and almonds. Mix up dressing and add to salad just before serving. Serve cold.
