ORANGE BLOSSOM MUFFINS 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine egg, 1/4 cup sugar, orange juice and oil; add biscuit mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Stir in marmalade and nuts. Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full.

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 400°F for 20-24 minutes.

Yield: 1 dozen.
