ORANGE BLOSSOM LAMB 
6 lamb chops
2 tbsp. cutter or butter
3/4 c. (6 oz.) can undiluted orange juice concentrate
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1-2 onions, sliced
1-2 tsp. soy sauce, if desired

In large fry pan, brown chops in butter on both sides. Reduce heat; add remaining ingredients, stirring gently until orange juice concentrate has blended with pan juices. Simmer covered for 15-20 minutes, turning chops once during cooking, until meat is tender. Serve chops with sauce. If desired, garnish with orange slices. Makes 4-6 servings.
