2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. (1 lb.) shredded mild cheddar cheese
0.6 oz. env. Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. chopped pimiento stuffed olives
2 tsp. olive juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans; mix well. Shape into a ball and coat with pecans.
