BLACK BEAN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1 (11 oz.) can kernel corn
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. can black olives, diced
1/2 c. red/purple onion, chopped

DRESSING/MARINADE:

3/4 c. Italian dressing
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
4 to 6 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. chili powder
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Combine all and mix together. Allow to refrigerate before serving.
