ITALIAN CRESCENT CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground round 1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce, (or homemade) 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated 1 cup sour cream 1 can crescent rolls Brown meat and drain. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and heat thoroughly. Spread mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Mix cheese and sour cream together in small bowl. Carefully spread over meat mixture. Roll out crescents to form two long rectangles. Place side by side on top of cheese mixture. This will form a top crust. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. |
