ITALIAN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 green, red peppers, sliced
1 lg. onion, cut into chunks

Put all ingredients into a lightly oiled 13 x 9 inch dish. Top with Italian spices and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Toss 3 or 4 times during baking time.
