BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 c. instant chicken broth
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Salt
White pepper

Cook broccoli and set aside. Prepare chicken broth and grate cheese. On low heat melt butter in soup pot. Add flour and mix until thick. If not thick add a little more flour. Slowly mix in milk and stir frequently over medium heat until thick. Add chicken broth. Add grated cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add cooked broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low, stir frequently for 20 minutes.
