MOLDED ORANGE TEA SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. hot strong black tea
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 can thin sliced water chestnuts OR
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot tea. Add enough water to juices to make 1 cup. Stir in gelatin. Add water chestnuts or nuts.

Pour into mold and chill until set. Serve with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
