BEEF 'N TATER 
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 1/2 lbs. tater tots
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Crumble ground beef in 2 quart casserole. Cook in microwave oven 12 minutes; turn dish halfway through cooking time; drain. Mix soups together along with about 1/2 can of water; pour on top of ground beef. Top with onions and tater tots. Bake in microwave 16 to 20 minutes. Turn dish halfway through cooking time. Serves 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
