JANE'S MICROWAVE VEGGIES 
1 to 2 c. broccoli
1/2 med. head cauliflower
3 to 4 med. carrots
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut broccoli into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Cut cauliflower into even size pieces. Cut carrots into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange in circle on microwave dish, with broccoli to the outside, cauliflower next and carrots, piled in center.

Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 7 to 11 minutes. Rotate dish once. let stand 2 minutes. Microwave, butter, garlic salt and thyme 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Lift wrap. Add tomato wedges. Drizzle butter mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and microwave 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until heated. So easy. So good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
