APPLE CUSTARD COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sliced apples or pears
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sour cream
1 egg

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease 9x9 pan.

Mix Bisquick, 3 tablespoons sugar, butter and milk. Spread in pan. Arrange apples or pears on top. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg. Drizzle over top. Bake until edges are light brown, 25-30 minutes.
