BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in thin strips
1 sm. bag wide egg noodles
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
16 oz. container sour cream
Ketchup

Using an electric skillet, brown hamburger with onion, mushrooms and 1/2 cup beef bouillon until most of bouillon evaporates. Add other 1/2 cup bouillon and ketchup according to taste. Continue to simmer.
