POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked tender
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 chopped green onions

Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Place half in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper and crumbled bacon. Top with half of sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers.

Bake, uncovered, in 350°F oven for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Top with chopped green onions.

Ummm--good.
