INDIAN STYLE GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. black mustard seeds
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 lbs. French cut green beans, cooked in microwave for 9 minutes
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated unsweetened coconut

Heat vegetable oil and add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add onions and fry until golden brown. Add cumin seeds and cayenne pepper. Cook for a minute, then put in green beans, salt and coconut. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
