HOT POTATO SALAD 
4 slices bacon, cut up
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 sm. chopped onions
1 c. diced celery
Salt and pepper

Saute bacon until browned. Add flour, sugar, salt, paprika until thickened. Then add vinegar and water, stirring constantly.

Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain. Add relish, green pepper, hard-cooked eggs, onion, celery to potatoes. Pour bacon mixture over potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and toss. Serve warm.
