GRILLED POLISH SAUSAGE 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Polish sausage
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. water
4 tbsp. butter
1 lg. bell pepper, sliced
1 med. onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Grill Polish sausage 10 minutes each side. Simmer barbecue sauce, water, butter, bell pepper, onion, and Worcestershire sauce 15 minutes on stove. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Set on grill. Add Polish sausage and simmer 15 minutes.

I made this tonight and it is so delicious I will make it again and again. The sauce got thick and the onions and peppers were just perfect. Changes for next time: I don't think I will dirty a sauce pan. I will put the 9x13 pan on the grill, melt the butter and saute the vegetables. Then add the barbeque sauce. I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce but added the water and some garlic powder. After grilling the polish sausage I would put it in the pan with the sauce and simmer it until thick. It didn't take very long, about the 15 minutes suggested. We put them on buns with the onions and peppers and we all loved it.
