DEANNA'S PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
45 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter, melted 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. pistachio instant pudding mix 2 c. milk 1 qt. vanilla ice cream 1 container Cool Whip 3 "Heath" candy bars Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crackers and melted butter together and press in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to completely cool. Mix pudding mix and 2 cups milk. Beat together with electric mixer. Add 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Continue to mix until smooth. Spread the pudding mixture onto cooled crust and let sit for 20 minutes in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip. Crush 3 Heath candy bars and sprinkle on top. |
