SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. shrimp 1 lb. crab 1 c. each of chopped green pepper, water chestnuts, celery, onion, and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste Bread crumbs and tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter. Top with mixed bread crumbs and butter. Place in 9 x 11 inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 450 degrees for about 40 minutes. Yield: 8 servings. Note: Can be prepared ahead but do not mix until ready to bake. |
