2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 slices bacon

Mix all ingredients, except the cheese. Place 1/2 of meat mixture in loaf bread pan. Place cheese over layer of meat, then place rest of meat mixture on top of cheese. Put bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
