FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli
1 sm. red onion, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
12 oz. bacon, fried & crumbled

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over mixture and toss. Serve or refrigerate in covered bowl.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. vinegar

NOTE: Best eaten within 2 days.
