MOM'S TURKEY STUFFING 
1 bag plain toasted croutons
1 sm. bag mushrooms
1 lg. onion
4 to 5 stalks celery
1 bunch parsley
1/2 lb. butter

Peel and cut mushrooms. Brown mushrooms in a few tablespoons of butter. Dice onion, celery and parsley. Place those ingredients in a large bowl. Just before stuffing the turkey, melt 1/2 pound butter.

Add the croutons, melted butter, salt and pepper. Mix. Put the stuffing in the turkey, making sure not to pack the ingredients too tightly.
