PORK CHOP DIJON 
4 pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
Pepper
Sm. sliced onion
Pepper

Combine pepper, salad dressing and mustard. Brush both sides of chops. Cook chops in skillet covered, over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Turn chops. Add sliced onion. Cook covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is tender. Place chops on platter, top with onions and pan juice.
