CHICKEN BREAST WITH CHEESE 
8 breasts
10 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Remove skin on chicken breasts, cut in half, debone. Pound breasts to 1/4" thick. Cut cheese in half and each half in fourths the long way. Roll chicken around 1 stick of cheese. Dip in beaten eggs and then bread crumbs. Brown in butter in frying pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, uncovered. Serve on bed of wild rice with mushrooms and seasonings (any flavor recipe).
