PEACH JELLO SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. peach Jello
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Crisco Whip - 1 reg. size tub
2-3 fresh peaches

Dissolve peach Jello in boiling water for 3 minutes and then add ice cubes, stir swiftly for about 3 minutes until it gets to a thick consistency. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in cool Whip with a wire whisk. Whip rapidly until smooth. Fold in dry fresh peaches and refrigerate until set.
