CHICKEN BROCCOLI 
1 pkg. boneless chunked chicken
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
2 pkg. frozen broccoli (or asparagus)
1 can cream of chicken soup (or golden mushrooms)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Sprinkle pepper over chicken. Saute in oil for 6 minutes. Drain.

Cook vegetable until barely tender. Drain. Use 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, ungreased. Place chicken on top of vegetable dish. Mix other ingredients, except cheese; pour over chicken and vegetable. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
