FROSTED JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 sm. box orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cool water
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 or 3 bananas, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. pineapple juice (or add water to make cup)
1 beaten egg
Dash salt
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Combine the Jello and boiling water. Then add cool water, marshmallows, bananas, and pineapple let it set until firm. Then frost with the topping.

Topping: Combine all ingredients except Dream Whip. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Let it cool, then fold in Dream Whip or Cool Whip and frost Jello. Garnish with grated cheese or additional crushed pineapple, if desired.
