FROSTED 7 UP JELLO SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon gelatin
3 c. 7 Up
3 c. hot water
1 (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits (drained and save)
2 lg. bananas
1 c. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, and cool. Then add 7 Up and chill until partially set. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Chill until firm in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Topping: Combine sugar and flour, stir in pineapple juice and beaten egg. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add butter, cool. Fold in whipped cream. Spread topping over set gelatin.
