MOM'S HEART HEALTHY POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
1 tbsp. Puritan oil
9 egg whites
1 c. skim milk
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain red band flour
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream butter, oil, egg white, sugar, and extract thoroughly. Add alternately, milk and flour. Continue to mix for 15 minutes until mixture is thoroughly blended and creamy. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour cake mixture into tube pan or Bundt cake pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Open door then close and continue baking for 20 minutes more (total 1 1/2 hours). Place on rack for 10 minutes and then remove from pan.

3 sticks of butter? Heart Healthy? Ummmm, no. This should be renamed Mom's Heart Attack Pound Cake. 1 tbsp. of butter = 31 mg cholesterol!
