1 (1 lb.) roll HOT sausage (Bob Evans)
10 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
4 c. Bisquick
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls (walnut size). Bake on cookie sheet that has been WELL greased. Oven temperature: 375 degrees. Baking time: 20 minutes.

These can be made up ahead of time and frozen and used as needed.
