PEPPERONI BALLS 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced

Prepare roll mix according to package directions, but omitting egg and using 1 cup water. Dough does not need to rise. Place 1 cheese cube on 1 pepperoni slice. Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball. Fry in deep hot oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
