PEPPERONI BALLS 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
1/4-1/2 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced

Prepare roll mix according to package directions, but omitting egg and using 1 cup of water. Dough doe snot need to rise. Place one cheese cube on one pepperoni slice. Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball.

Repeat until all ingredients are used. Fry in deep hot oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
