RHUBARB DELIGHT SALAD | |
3 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen) 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin 1 envelope Dream Whip Cut rhubarb in 1/2-inch pieces. In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water and sugar; cook until tender. Take off fire and add the gelatin. Stir until gelatin dissolves. When mixture is partially set, add Dream Whip, prepared as directed on package. Put in 9 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate. |
