COFFEE AND TEA MIXES 
1/2 c. instant coffee
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar

Stir ingredients together. If possible, put in blender until powdered. This will reduce bulk. Use 2 rounded teaspoons for each cup or 3 rounded teaspoons for each mug of boiling water.

CAFE MOCHA:

1/2 c. instant coffee
2 1/4 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 c. cocoa, unsweetened
1/2 c. sugar

Blend ingredients until powdered. Use same ratios as above.

CAFE CAPPUCCINO:

1/2 c. instant coffee
1 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel
3/4 c. sugar

Blend sugar and orange peel in blender until peel is finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until powdered. Use same ratios as above.

SPICED TEA MIX:

1 c. orange-flavored instant breakfast drink
1 c. instant tea
1 (.39 oz.) pkg. unsweetened lemonade soft drink mix
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. To prepare spiced tea, use same ratios as above.
