PUMPKIN CAKE 
3 c. sugar (I use 2 c. sugar sweet enough)
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. unsifted flour (I use Wonder flour)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, optional

Mix with mixer.

Mix all together and add nuts. Line pan with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. I use bread pan.
