PISTACHIO PUDDING 
2 pkgs. Jello pistachio pudding
1 bag miniature marshmallows
2 cans chopped pineapple
1 bag or can pecan nuts, chopped
1 1/2 cartons Cool Whip
1 bag shredded coconut (opt.)

Follow directions on box for making pistachio pudding and leave in bowl. Get another large bowl and put:

a layer of pudding

a layer of pineapple

a layer of pecans

a layer of whipped cream

and a layer of marshmallows, coconut, etc.

Do this to height desired. Then put in refrigerator for 20 minutes or so, then serve and eat.
