CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut up
1/2 lb. pork steak, cut up
3 lg. onions, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 can bean sprouts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Cornstarch

Sear the meat. Cover with water and simmer for about 1 hour. Add onions, celery and salt and pepper. Continue cooking until done. Add the bean sprouts and soy sauce. Cook 5 minutes longer. Thicken with cornstarch. Serves 4 to 6.
