OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, salted and peppered
4 c. spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 lg. pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef; stir in sauce. In 9 x 13 pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce, about 1/3 of total amount, 1/3 parmesan cheese, 1/3 lasagna noodles, and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
