BAKED SOUR CREAM CHICKEN DELIGHT | |
6 chicken breasts, halved and deboned 12 strips bacon 2 (3 oz.) pkg. or jars of dried beef 2 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 2 cans cream of chicken soup Place dried beef in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Wrap one strips of bacon around each half chicken breast. Place on top of dried beef. Mix the sour cream with the soup and spoon over and around the breasts. DO NOT add salt. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle Swiss cheese over top of chicken and leave in oven until melted. Serve chicken with rice. Serves 6. To cut a few calories and fat, use light sour cream and Special Request Soup. |
