IRISH SODA BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 2/3 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. oil

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt into large bowl; stir in raisins, then sour cream, egg and oil. (Dough will be sticky.) Bake in well-greased 8 inch round pan. Cut a cross on top of dough with sharp knife. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes.
