CABBAGE POCKETS 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 sm. head cabbage
2 lbs. lean hamburger or pork sausage
Green beans (1 can drained)
Chopped onions if desired
Monterey Jack cheese (or cheese of your choice) - 2 c. shredded

Prepare crusts as for pizza. Chop 1 head of cabbage fine. Brush crusts with salad oil lightly. Cook meat until finely chopped, drain excess fat. Arrange meat, cabbage, green beans, cheese, onions on half of each crust. Salt and pepper to taste.
