1 lb. beef stew meat
1 can Italian tomato soup
3-4 potatoes, cut up
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2-3 carrots and celery, sliced

Mix all ingredients together and cook in crock pot 8-10 hours on low. Or add 1 1/2 cups water and cook in large covered pot in oven at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Serve hot with fresh bread.
