DRIED APRICOT JAM 
Soak 1 pound apricots overnight. In morning, cook until soft. Put through food chopper - the apricots and 2 unpeeled oranges. Into this mixture, add 2 cans crushed pineapple and 8 cups white sugar. Cook 25 minutes or so - use heavy pan so it does not scorch or burn. Makes about 6 pints.
