CREME DE MINT CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. green peppermint schnapps
1/2 can Hershey's syrup

Prepare cake as directed on box except use schnapps in place of liquid and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Pour into 9x13 inch cake pan. Spread the syrup on top and bake as directed.

TOPPING:

1 container Cool Whip
5 tbsp. schnapps
3 drops green food coloring

Mix together and frost. Refrigerate.
