CHOPPED LIVER 
1 lb. beef or chicken liver
1-2 onions, chopped
2-4 hard boiled eggs
Oil

Place liver on foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until cooked through. Saute onions in water until soft. Let water boil rapidly until almost evaporated and add oil to saute onions until transparent. Chop liver, hardboiled eggs and onions until well blended. Chill. Serve with cocktail rye bread or crackers.
