PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. shortening
2 3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. pineapple (don't drain)

Mix as you would any other pound cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
